1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms govern use of the VehiTaire game (the “Service”) provided by 에이아이 리젼 (Ai Legion, the “Company”), including the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users. The separate VehiTaire Privacy Policy explains personal information processing.

Services independently provided by vehicle platforms, app marketplaces or external websites are also subject to those providers’ own terms and policies.

2. The Service

VehiTaire provides Klondike and FreeCell Solitaire designed for vehicle displays. Available modes include Classic, Klondike Draw 1 / Draw 3 and a three-minute Quick mode. Supported features include gameplay, scores and local high scores, Undo, Hint, Auto Complete, Save/Resume, language and audio settings, and Day/Night backgrounds. The instructions displayed in the app explain the applicable rules, time and score calculation, assistance handling and feature availability.

The Service does not provide registration, login, online global rankings, Company-server game synchronization or Company Cloud Backup. The Quick time limit does not authorize use while driving.

3. Conditions of Use

Users must use supported devices, operating systems and vehicle platforms and comply with applicable laws and the relevant marketplace’s conditions and age ratings. Minors must obtain legally required guardian consent or supervision.

Device permissions, vehicle signals, platform restrictions or compatibility may limit individual features or gameplay as a whole. Granting a safety-related permission does not itself guarantee that play is allowed.

4. Vehicle Safety

Use the game only when the vehicle is safely parked and use is permitted by the vehicle platform and applicable law. Do not operate the game or allow it to distract you while driving. Temporary stops, including waiting at traffic lights, are not permission to play.

The Service is not a safety device or driver assistance system that determines whether driving or parking is safe. Even when the app indicates that play is available, users must first assess the actual surroundings and driving safety. Game functions, contact QR codes and external links must not be used to bypass vehicle safety restrictions.

5. Restrictions Based on Vehicle Status

The Service uses platform-provided information such as gear selection, speed and driver distraction restrictions to determine whether gameplay is permitted. Play may be blocked or paused when required signals are missing, stale or invalid, permission is denied, or the vehicle service disconnects.

Gameplay display, input and audio may be restricted when driving begins or platform restrictions apply. Signals returning to normal do not automatically resume the game or guarantee a right to continue playing. Users must check safety conditions again and follow the app’s resume instructions. Do not alter or bypass safety checks or restrictions.

6. Local Game Data

Game progress, card state, scores, play time, Undo history, results and high scores, assistance records, Quick deal history and settings are ordinarily stored locally on the vehicle/device. These are device-specific records; they are not linked to a Company account or sent to Company servers.

The Company provides local save and recovery functions but does not guarantee successful saving, recovery of an earlier state or permanent retention in every environment. Insufficient storage, damaged files, forced termination, operating system policies, clearing app data, uninstalling the app, resetting the device, or updates and platform changes can cause loss or prevent recovery. Damaged saves may lead to a recovery choice or restricted use.

Starting a new game does not erase all high scores, settings or local backup copies. The Company cannot remotely access, recover or delete information held only on the device and does not provide Company-server Cloud Backup. Before handing a vehicle to another person or finishing use of a shared device, check available operating system options such as clearing app data.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Alter or bypass vehicle/platform safety restrictions, permissions or gameplay blocks.
  • Use malware, exploit vulnerabilities or obtain unauthorized access to disrupt the Service, devices or others’ use.
  • Manipulate results or local records and present them as official results.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of the Company or others.
  • Copy, distribute or commercially exploit materials without permission beyond what law or the applicable license allows.

These restrictions do not categorically prohibit bug reports, authorized security research or conduct permitted by law. Such activities must still respect vehicle safety and others’ rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The software, brand, designs, images, audio and other Service content belong to the Company or their respective rights holders. Users receive permission necessary for normal personal use of the Service, without a transfer of ownership or commercial exploitation rights.

Open-source software, fonts and third-party content are subject to their respective licenses. These Terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses.

9. Third-Party Platforms and External Services

Pleos App Market, vehicle operating systems and vehicle platforms may apply separate policies to installation, updates, permissions, vehicle status and their own services. Information processed by a platform is subject to that platform’s privacy policy.

If a user sends a support email or opens a QR code or external link on another device, the relevant email, browser and external service policies may also apply. The Company does not control independently operated third-party services; this does not exclude responsibility for the Company’s own conduct or legal obligations.

10. Changes and Interruptions

The Company may change, restrict or suspend the Service for safety, compliance with law or platform policies, incident resolution or maintenance. Planned changes materially affecting users will be announced in advance through the app, official website or another accessible channel, with their reasons, details and timing.

Where urgent safety issues or unexpected incidents prevent advance notice, the Company will provide the reasons and status as soon as practicable. Users retain their statutory rights concerning changes and interruptions. Service changes do not guarantee compatibility with every existing local record.

11. Responsibility and Limitations

The Company is responsible as required by applicable law. Responsibility for loss caused by vehicle, device, operating system or independent platform failures for which the Company is not responsible, or by a user’s breach of these Terms, may be limited to the extent permitted by law. Actual causes and responsibility will be considered; these Terms do not automatically shift all data loss or safety incidents to users.

These Terms do not exclude or limit responsibility for intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company, its agents or employees, liability that cannot legally be excluded, or users’ rights under mandatory law. Safety restrictions do not guarantee risk-free use or prevention of every accident.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Company may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable law. The changes, reasons and effective date will be announced in advance in the app or official website so users can review them. Separate consent will be obtained where required by law. Users will have sufficient opportunity to review material or unfavorable changes.

Silence alone will not automatically be treated as acceptance. Users who do not agree may stop using the Service and contact the Company, while retaining their statutory rights. See Section 6 and the Privacy Policy concerning deletion of local data.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are based on the laws of the Republic of Korea without excluding rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to users in other countries. The Company and users may attempt to resolve disputes through the support channel. Jurisdiction for unresolved disputes is determined by applicable law.

These Terms do not restrict access to courts, statutory dispute resolution or other legal rights. Differences between the Korean and English texts will be resolved with regard to applicable law and the information provided to users; a translation difference alone will not reduce user rights.
