Terms of Service

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to Blockformer for PLEOS (the “Service”), an in-vehicle puzzle game provided by AI LEGION Co., Ltd. (“AI LEGION,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are not legally able to accept these Terms in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them where permitted by law.

2. Vehicle Safety and User Responsibilities

1. The Service is intended for use only while the vehicle is completely stopped and safely parked.
2. The Service may use a vehicle-state signal to restrict gameplay while the vehicle is moving. You must not disable, bypass, manipulate or interfere with this safety restriction.
3. The driver must remain responsible for the vehicle, its surroundings and compliance with all traffic and safety laws. Passengers must not use the Service in a way that distracts the driver.
4. You are responsible for loss or damage caused by your unlawful use, unsafe use or circumvention of a safety feature, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Limited License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, AI LEGION grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service on a compatible vehicle infotainment system for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

• copy, distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• modify the Service, create unauthorized derivative works, introduce malicious code or interfere with normal operation;
• circumvent vehicle-safety controls, access restrictions or technical protection measures; or
• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.

4. Availability, Content and Updates

1. The base game is currently provided without in-app purchases within the functions supported by the applicable vehicle operating environment.
2. Availability may depend on vehicle model, region, PLEOS version, store approval, system configuration and software compatibility.
3. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service for security, safety, legal, technical or business reasons. Where required by law, we will provide reasonable notice.
4. Updates to the vehicle operating system or infotainment platform may be required for continued use.

5. Local Game Data and Platform Services

The Service may store limited game data locally on the vehicle system, such as high scores and continue-state data. AI LEGION does not receive this local game data from the Service. Deleting the Service or clearing its local storage may permanently delete that data.

The vehicle manufacturer, operating-system provider or app store may provide separate services and may process information under its own terms and privacy policy. Those third-party services are outside AI LEGION’s control.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, gameplay systems, text, graphics, interfaces, audiovisual elements and related content, is owned by or licensed to AI LEGION and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant any rights other than the limited license stated above.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every vehicle, operating-system version or hardware configuration.

AI LEGION is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by matters outside its reasonable control, including vehicle battery conditions, vehicle hardware defects, operating-system errors, platform updates, connectivity limitations or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI LEGION will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Service if you materially violate these Terms, interfere with safety or security controls, or if continued availability is no longer technically, legally or commercially feasible.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law or our operating practices. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.

11. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you use the Service as a consumer in another jurisdiction, you retain any mandatory protections and rights available under the laws of your place of residence.
