1. Scope and Data Controller
This Privacy Policy applies to Blockformer for PLEOS (the “Service”), provided by AI LEGION Co., Ltd. (“AI LEGION,” “we,” “us” or “our”). It describes information handled through the game itself.

2. Information the Game Does Not Collect
The Service is designed as standalone software. AI LEGION does not collect or transmit the following information through the game:
- name, email address, telephone number or postal address;
- account credentials or social-media identifiers;
- precise location or travel history;
- vehicle identification number, license plate or other unique vehicle identifier;
- contacts, photos, audio, camera content or other files;
- advertising identifiers, cross-app activity or behavioral profiles; or
- gameplay data, high scores or continue-state data stored locally by the Service.
3. Local Game Data
The Service may save limited information locally on the vehicle system to provide game functions, including:
- high scores;
- game progress or continue-state data; and
- local game settings.
This information is not transmitted to AI LEGION by the Service. It may be deleted when the Service is removed, its storage is cleared, or the vehicle system is reset. AI LEGION cannot access or restore local game data.
4. Vehicle-State Safety Signal
To help restrict gameplay while driving, the Service may receive a local signal indicating whether the vehicle is moving or safely parked. The Service uses this signal only on the vehicle system to enable or restrict gameplay. AI LEGION does not receive or store the signal, vehicle speed, route or driving history through the game.
5. Third-Party Platforms
The vehicle manufacturer, PLEOS operating environment, app store, network provider or other platform service may independently process technical or account information. Their processing is controlled by their own terms and privacy policies, not this Policy. Please review the privacy information provided with your vehicle and platform account.
If a future version of the Service includes a third-party SDK or server-connected feature that changes these practices, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or choice required by applicable law before the change takes effect.
6. Sharing, Sale and Targeted Advertising
Because the game does not transmit personal data to AI LEGION, AI LEGION does not sell, share, rent or disclose game-user personal data to third parties and does not use such data for targeted advertising.
7. Email Inquiries
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message and attachments. We use it to respond, provide support, protect the Service and comply with legal obligations. We retain inquiry records only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as required by law.
Please do not send sensitive personal information, precise location data or vehicle identifiers unless they are necessary for us to address your request.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Service does not require an account and does not collect or transmit personal data through the game, including personal data from children. A child who needs to contact AI LEGION should ask a parent or legal guardian to contact us on the child’s behalf.
If we learn that personal data from a child was provided to us through an inquiry without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as required by applicable law.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information submitted directly to AI LEGION, such as support emails. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights regarding personal data we hold about you, such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent. Because the game does not transmit personal data to AI LEGION, we normally cannot identify a player or retrieve local game data.
For information you provided directly by email, you may submit a request to contact@ailegion.co.kr. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where permitted or required by law. You may also have the right to contact your local data-protection authority.
11. International Use
AI LEGION is based in the Republic of Korea. The game itself does not transfer personal data to AI LEGION. If you contact us directly, your inquiry may be processed in Korea and through the providers used to operate our email service, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law or our data practices. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
