Information We Collect
AI Legion collects and stores information about you in the following ways.
Information you provide to us:
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including but not limited to:
- Name, email address, payment details, phone number, and other identifiers (such as in‑app nickname).
- Information entered when using our services, contacting customer support, participating in surveys, events, or marketing promotions.
- Information related to your evaluations, preferences, account settings, and any data you provide via AI Legion or third-party services integrated with AI Legion.
Information collected automatically:
We automatically collect information related to your use of AI Legion services, your interactions with us, and information about devices and networks you use to access our services. This may include:
- Activity within AI Legion services (such as viewed content, selections, search queries, clicks, and interactions), including how you respond to our emails, messages, push notifications, or in‑app communications.
- Details of your communications with customer support, including contact time, inquiry details, chat logs, and (for calls) phone number and call recordings.
- Device identifiers (including identifiers for your network devices such as routers, and any device capable of accessing AI Legion).
- Resettable device identifiers (advertising IDs) used on mobile devices, tablets, and streaming devices.
- Device and software characteristics, connection type (Wi‑Fi, mobile data), page view statistics, referrer information (such as URLs), IP address (which may be used to determine approximate location such as city or region), browser information, and standard server log data.
- Information collected through cookies, web beacons, SDKs, and similar technologies, including advertising-related data (see “Cookies and Online Advertising” below).

We may receive information about you from third parties and other sources, and will protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any additional restrictions imposed by the source. These sources may include:

Communications may be delivered by email, push notifications, SMS, in‑app messages, or other channels. Some operational messages are mandatory and cannot be opted out of.
Information Sharing
We may share your information with third parties under strict conditions and only for the purposes described below:
AI Legion Group:
We may share information within AI Legion affiliated entities as necessary to provide access to services, customer support, technical operations, security, and product development, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Service Providers:
We engage third-party service providers to perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, IT, security, analytics, customer support, communications, marketing, and payment processing. These providers may access your personal data only to the extent necessary to perform their services and are not permitted to use it for other purposes.
Partners:
If you access AI Legion services through a partner (such as a promotion or bundled offer), we may share limited information with that partner to enable service provisioning, billing, eligibility checks, or support. Any such sharing will comply with this Privacy Policy and our agreements with the partner.
